A few steps away from the most important river of Sicily, the Simeto, famous for its precious “Simetite”, or Ambra del Simeto, a gem shaped from time, sun and sea. That’s what we purpose: a local cookery with flavours and tastes from the products of our farm – real gems – available in all our recipes, supporting the biodiversity and the little farmers just like us.
